My Tiny Step Execution
I aim to walk 10,000 steps daily, but when the weather turns cold, staying motivated becomes a challenge. To combat this, I prepare by dressing warmly during winter and refuse to let the chill deter me from my goal.
One effective strategy I've adopted is setting a goal to witness the winter beauty of the lake. By doing so, I commit to walking the distance to and from the lake, a journey that conveniently racks up around 5,000 steps.
Some of the images I’ve captured on seasonal walks are displayed below.
Tiny Step - Recreate It
I had several ideas on how to take tiny step and create a big life from a simple visit to nature. The step I’ve taken is to take pictures of the lake.
I am drawn to the rock formation - I noticed that I always climb the same rock and look at the lake in the distance.
I want to walk to this spot often and record short videos of waves and take pictures.
I know - I’m lucky :) I appreciate living near Lake Michigan. Take the opportunity to explore and capture the beauty of your favorite spots in the neighborhood on daily walks. Whether it's a serene sunrise over the water or a peaceful corner perfect for reflection, these moments can be shared with your loved ones or with the world on social media. Enjoy the calming beauty that surrounds you every day.
Thank you for joining me on this tiny step towards big life.
